Es ist fast wie ein altmodischer Name für alles, was mit New York zu tun hat. Früher nannte man New Yorker tatsächlich Knickerbocker. Wir haben es nachgeschlagen – der Begriff wurde vor langer Zeit von den Niederländern geprägt und wurde dann irgendwie zu einer Hose. Und jetzt gibt es in New York eine ganze Reihe von Dingen, die Knickerbocker heißen. Schön. Also, ein Hoch auf die großartigste Stadt der Welt! (kein Hate, bitte)
