Pannamme valmistetaan yksitellen käsin. Leikkaamme jokaisen kappaleen yhdestä italialaisesta buttero-nahasta ja painamme jokaisen niitin paikalleen käsin. Teemme yhteistyötä perheomisteisen nahkatuotantoliikkeen kanssa, joka on toiminut yli kolmekymmentä vuotta. Emme valmista näitä massatuotantona, joten jokainen kappale on todella ainutlaatuinen.
The studs are pressed in so evenly, and the buttero leather feels substantial but not stiff—it’s clearly been cared for during the making. I love that each one is hand cut, so my pup’s collar has that one-of-a-kind charm. It’s already softened up nicely after just a week of wear.
I wasn’t sure about the leather quality, but it’s genuinely impressive—buttero is soft yet sturdy, and you can tell it’s cut from a single piece. My pup wears it all day without any irritation, and each stud feels solid, not like it’ll pop off after a week.
