C'est un peu comme un nom à l'ancienne pour tout ce qui touche à NY. Par exemple, on appelait autrefois les New-Yorkais des « Knickerbockers ». On a vérifié : ce terme a été inventé par les Néerlandais il y a longtemps, puis est devenu un nom de pantalon. Et aujourd'hui, plein de choses à NY portent le nom de Knickerbocker. Sympa. Alors, un toast à la plus grande ville du monde ! (ne nous cherchez pas)
