È un po' come un vecchio nome per tutto ciò che è newyorkese. Tipo, una volta chiamavano i newyorkesi proprio Knickerbockers. L'abbiamo cercato: il termine fu coniato dagli olandesi tanto tempo fa e poi, chissà come, è diventato un tipo di pantaloni. E adesso un sacco di cose a New York si chiamano Knickerbocker. Bello. Quindi un brindisi alla città più grande del mondo! (non ci venite a dire il contrario)
