Onze riemen worden met de hand gemaakt. We snijden elk stuk uit één stuk Italiaans buttero leer en drukken elk stud met de hand op zijn plaats. We werken samen met een familiebedrijf in leerproductie dat al meer dan dertig jaar bestaat. We produceren deze niet in massa, dus elk stuk is werkelijk uniek.
The studs are pressed in so evenly, they catch the light when we walk—you can tell a human hand did this, not a machine. It’s already softening up after a week of daily use, and my pup doesn’t pull against it at all.
The leather feels incredibly smooth and substantial right out of the box, and you can tell each stud was set by hand just by the way it catches the light. I've had mine for a few weeks now, and it's already developing a nice patina that makes it look even better than when it arrived.
