Blått och orange – färgerna från det legendariska basketlaget Knicks. Och även New Yorks officiella färger. Slump? Knappast! Det är som ett gammaldags smeknamn för allt som har med NY att göra. Förr i tiden kallades New York-borna faktiskt för Knickerbockers. Vi kollade upp det – termen myntades av holländarna för länge sedan och blev sedan ett plagg. Numera finns det massor av saker i NY som heter Knickerbocker. Härligt. Så skål för världens bästa stad! (inga invändningar tack)
