Got this as a return in brand-new condition and honestly it’s the best value I’ve found for a carrier in this size range. The fit is roomy enough for my squirmy pup, and the fabric feels sturdy for daily walks.

My last carrier fell apart after a month, so I was nervous buying a returned item, but this one is built solid and the sizing runs true. The fabric feels thicker than what I’m used to, and the zippers glide without catching. It’s clearly been checked over, and my pup settles right in.

I’ve carried my small dog in this every day for a week, and the strap padding is much more comfortable than the last carrier I used. It’s clearly a solid build even if it’s a returned item — no loose stitching or weird smells. My pup fits perfectly in the size I ordered.
